Our comprehensive program offers an in-depth introduction to architectural, interior and exterior design ideas and practices. It covers key areas such as the theory of design, space planning, climatology, and the history of architecture and styles, along with sustainable and vernacular architecture. Students gain a practical approach to interior and architectural design, while also developing awareness of professional practices, basic design principles, technical terminology, and current market trends.
Summary
The curriculum includes hands-on training in industry-oriented software such as AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, 3Ds Max with V-Ray and Corona, SketchUp with V-Ray & Lumion, Enscape, InDesign and Photoshop.
We focus on structural and finishing detailing, interior and statutory detailing and foster practical and structural awareness through real-world projects. Students are trained in detailed permission drawing practices, estimation and costing, site measurement, and set-out procedures. Emphasis is placed on professional etiquette, communication, and the execution of design and project portfolios. The program also explores product and furniture design, residential and commercial project practices, and includes case studies and regular site visits to build real-world experience.
Civil and construction basics, professional presentation techniques, and career-oriented activities such as motivation sessions, interview preparation, and job hunting strategies are integral to the curriculum. We host monthly workshops, seminars, and guest sessions with external architects and designers, along with a structured system for monthly evaluations and performance reporting to ensure continuous growth and readiness for industry challenges.
